Terms and conditions
This document brings together the terms of use, booking and contracting for Rececho.es. Each section applies to the corresponding activity or service; the particular conditions of each offer or assignment are shown before contracting.
1. Platform use and bookings
Who contracts and what is contracted
These conditions govern the use of Rececho and bookings for advertised activities. The owner and contact details are provided in the permanently available Legal notice. Contracting takes place in Spanish unless another language is expressly offered and chosen.
The hunting activity is provided by the outfitter identified in the offer. Rececho provides intermediation and booking management. Before payment, the identity, legally required professional contact details, professional status of the outfitter, characteristics of the activity and allocation of obligations and payments are shown. Private coordination of the day and chat between participants are enabled after the booking is confirmed; offer questions may be used beforehand. This sequence does not permit mandatory pre-contractual information to be withheld. Outfitter websites hosted within Rececho retain this identification.
The listing, particular conditions visible before contracting and payment summary form part of the contract. In the event of a conflict, the consumer’s legal rights and the most favourable conditions offered to them will be respected. A hidden condition or one added after payment cannot impose a new charge or restriction.
Account and required information
You must be over 18 and provide truthful information. You may start a booking without an existing account: the information supplied is used to create the access needed to manage that booking, and email verification is requested. Verification does not mean acceptance of advertising. If you already have an account, it is used through the corresponding access procedure.
Google sign-in is optional when available. You must protect your credentials and report unauthorised use. Billing details are stored for future bookings and may be corrected before starting a new payment; invoices already issued are corrected through the relevant legal procedure.
Offer information
Before booking, review the species and method, location, dates, available places, category or quota, difficulty, estate type, included services, extras, required documentation and cancellation policy. The information will distinguish the fixed amount from any variable component, such as a fee linked to a harvest, measurement or animal category.
If an amount depends on the outcome of the day, the offer must explain its calculation, when it becomes due and what is payable if no animal is harvested before payment. Unspecified supplements or different categories will not be charged without express acceptance. Optional extras require a positive selection; mandatory extras must be identified and included in the corresponding total.
Price and payment of nine per cent
Amounts are shown in euros including applicable taxes, with a breakdown before payment. The advertised hunting price, excluding extras, includes the activity and Rececho’s booking management. The ordinary online payment is 9 % of that price excluding extras; another 9 % is not added. The remaining 91 % of the hunt is payable to the outfitter. Extras are contracted and paid in full to the outfitter and are excluded from Rececho’s calculation, collection and invoice. The summary distinguishes the hunt, extras, online payment and amount payable to the outfitter.
Example: a hunt costing 1.000 € and extras costing 200 €. Without a discount, you pay 90 € online to Rececho and 1.110 € to the outfitter. With the applicable welcome discount, 50 € is deducted from the online payment and you pay Rececho 40 € plus 1.110 € to the outfitter: 1.150 € in total. The 9 % and 5 % are calculated exclusively on the hunting price excluding extras.
Rececho invoices the hunter for its own management service: 9 % of the hunting price excluding extras, less the welcome discount where applicable. The outfitter invoices for its service: 91 % of the hunt plus extras contracted with it. Each invoice itemises the taxes due; a payment receipt does not replace it. Extras are included in the information and contract between hunter and outfitter; Rececho neither provides nor collects payment for them. This allocation does not exclude each party’s own legal responsibilities.
Online payments are processed by the payment provider identified on the contracting screen. Rececho receives transaction references and status; it does not need your complete card details. Ordinary gateway costs are not added to the consumer as an undisclosed surcharge.
Steps and confirmation
1. Select the offer, dates and places in the calendar without exceeding each day’s availability.
2. Choose extras and complete or check your contact and billing details.
3. Review the total, online payment, balance, outfitter’s conditions and cancellation rules. You can correct the information before paying.
4. Accept the contractual terms and use the button expressly stating the payment obligation, for example “Book and pay 90 €”. Advertising is chosen through a separate checkbox.
5. Once payment is verified, the request awaits the outfitter’s acceptance for a maximum of 48 hours, unless a shorter period is expressly stated. This does not yet amount to a confirmed hunt.
6. The booking is confirmed when accepted by the outfitter and communicated to the customer. If rejected or the period expires without acceptance, the amount actually collected online is refunded in full.
An activity must not begin without confirmed acceptance. For imminent hunting days, the response period never permits acceptance after the activity starts. Temporarily held places are released when the request expires or is cancelled according to the booking status.
You will receive confirmation and your transaction’s conditions by email or another durable medium, including its reference, dates, amounts and accepted version. You can keep a copy. Later website changes do not retroactively alter your booking. If you identify an error, report it using the transaction reference.
Activity date and calendar
Dates may be changed by mutual agreement with the outfitter, subject to availability and authorisations for the activity. The agreement must be confirmed in writing and reflected in the booking. A substantial change, supplement or voucher cannot be imposed instead of a legally due refund.
The outfitter’s optional Google Calendar connection copies confirmed hunting days and cancellations when the integration is available. It is a scheduling aid. Changes made directly in Google do not automatically update Rececho places; the outfitter must keep them up to date in “Available days and hunters”.
Documents and safety for the day
The outfitter must hold the authorisations, insurance and rights required to offer the activity and comply with closed seasons, quotas and land conditions. The hunter must hold the licences, permits, insurance and documents required by the method and territory, and follow safety instructions. Requirements will be disclosed before contracting. Each participant is responsible for their own infringements; acting as intermediary alone does not make Rececho liable for unlawful conduct by others. This clause does not exclude Rececho’s liability for its own acts or omissions or other obligations imposed on it by law.
A hunt does not guarantee a sighting, harvest or particular score unless the offer makes an express, precise and lawful commitment. A lack of results does not eliminate liability for failing to deliver what was promised. No one is required to act unsafely or unlawfully.
International activities may require additional permits, insurance, travel documents and health or customs requirements, including those concerning trophies and protected species. Costs and responsibilities must be clear before booking. If an offer legally qualifies as a package travel arrangement or linked travel arrangement, its specific safeguards and mandatory information apply; calling the offer a “hunt” does not exclude them.
Questions and conversations
Pre-booking questions identified as public and their answers may be visible to other visitors. Do not include information you do not want to publish. The chat for a confirmed booking is private between the hunter and outfitter participating in it. Administration has no function for reading these conversations through its panel. To complain, either participant may copy relevant messages or attach screenshots and voluntarily email them to administracion@rececho.es as evidence.
Send only the content needed to explain the complaint, with the booking reference and sufficient context; avoid data unrelated to the case. Administration examines the copies received to handle the case and does not thereby open the original conversation. Permission from the party complained about is not required to provide evidence of your own conversation. Evidence is handled confidentially and only for the complaint and applicable legal obligations. Messages are not used for advertising. Operational notices are separate from marketing and do not include the entire conversation.
Non-performance and support
Cancellations, refunds and withdrawal are governed by the dedicated page. If the service is not provided for a reason attributable to the outfitter, Rececho refunds in full the amount actually collected online for that booking. Amounts paid directly to the outfitter must be claimed from it, without excluding other legal responsibilities. Breaches may result in reduced visibility, seal withdrawal, suspension or expulsion of the outfitter under the incident procedure. No clause excludes liability for a party’s own non-performance, intentional misconduct, personal injury or other mandatory liabilities.
You may complain through the channel used to contract, by email to administracion@rececho.es, by telephone or in writing to the address in the Legal notice. An acknowledgement of the complaint and a response will be provided as promptly as possible, within a maximum of 15 calendar days. More favourable specific statutory periods will be respected.
1 Parties and contracted services
Booking involves two separately identified services: Rececho.es’s intermediation and booking formalisation service, provided by the owner identified in the Legal notice and contracting summary, and the hunting activity, provided by the professional outfitter identified in the offer. Each provider is responsible for fulfilling its obligations and the liabilities imposed on it by law.
2 Scope and price of management
Rececho’s service covers processing the request, obtaining a binding reservation of the chosen places and date, documenting the conditions accepted between hunter and outfitter, and delivering contractual confirmation. Its ordinary price is 9 % of the advertised hunting amount excluding extras, including applicable taxes, and forms part of that amount without being added to the total again.
Before payment, the exact management price, discounts, activity amount and extras payable to the outfitter are shown. Rececho collects and invoices the hunter solely for its management. Extras are contracted with the outfitter and are excluded from Rececho’s calculation, collection and invoice. Paying for management enables the booking to be formalised, but is not an amount held or passed to the outfitter or compensation in its favour.
3 Confirmation and performance
Management is considered fully performed once the outfitter has accepted the particular conditions in a binding manner, directly or through an authorised automatic confirmation, the places and date have been correctly reserved, and the hunter has received contractual confirmation in a form they can retain. A payment receipt or request pending acceptance does not alone establish full performance.
If the request is rejected, expires without confirmation or the booked places are unavailable, the management fee is not definitively collected and, if charged, is refunded in full. The outfitter’s specific response period is stated before contracting. The date, outfitter, hunting method or essential characteristics will not be substituted without the hunter’s acceptance.
4 Immediate start and withdrawal from management
The hunter has a statutory right to withdraw from the management service for 14 calendar days from contracting unless that right has been lost in accordance with the law. If they expressly request Rececho to start before that period ends and acknowledge that they will lose the right once the service is fully performed, that loss occurs only when complete performance and the other statutory requirements are met.
If withdrawal is communicated before complete performance, the statutory rules on the portion actually provided apply. No amount is required for services started without the necessary request or legal information. Exercising a valid right of withdrawal is not subject to a penalty. It may be communicated by an unequivocal statement to customer service or through the provided form, without requiring an exclusive format.
5 Contracted activity and hunting outcome
Unless the particular conditions expressly provide a guarantee or an outcome-dependent rate, the fixed activity price pays for the right to take part in the described hunt on the contracted date and for the contracted duration, terrain, method and conditions. The activity takes place in a natural environment and its outcome is uncertain: sightings, shot opportunities, harvests, number of animals, score or trophy quality are not guaranteed.
The absence of sightings or a harvest does not itself constitute non-performance or entitle the customer to a refund where all contracted services have been correctly provided. This condition does not excuse false information, missing permits, absence of the contracted guide, unjustified shortening of the day, unaccepted essential changes or breach of an expressly offered guarantee. Outcome-dependent fees or supplements are settled according to the agreed event and calculation method.
6 Specified date and date changes
The recreational hunting activity booked for the specific date or period stated in the reservation is excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 103.l of the consolidated Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users. This exclusion does not remove rights arising from non-performance or the refunds provided in these conditions. Rececho’s own management service is subject to the specific rules described in clause 4.
Hunter and outfitter may agree a new date, subject to availability and legality. The change must be confirmed in writing. Merely requesting it does not alter the current date; nor may an alternative date be imposed instead of a refund due by law or contract.
7 Voluntary cancellation and failure to attend
Once the management service has been validly completed and its right of withdrawal has expired or been lost, the hunter’s voluntary cancellation for personal reasons, decision to leave a correctly provided activity or failure to attend do not themselves entitle them to a refund of management already performed. Rececho does not charge an additional penalty for this. Statutory exceptions and the refund cases established in these conditions remain applicable.
Failure to attend requires that a clear meeting place and time were communicated in good time, that the outfitter was ready to provide the contracted activity and that the absence is attributable to the hunter. It is not established solely by one party’s statement or the other’s lack of response.
The outfitter does not receive Rececho’s management price or automatic compensation from the platform for cancellation or failure to attend. Any additional obligation of the hunter towards the outfitter must have been disclosed and agreed before booking, be valid and proportionate, and appear separately in the particular conditions. Penalties cannot be added after contracting.
2. Cancellations, refunds and withdrawal
General rules
This policy applies together with the particular conditions accepted before payment. It distinguishes cancellation of a hunting day, lack of acceptance by the outfitter and statutory withdrawal. A “non-refundable” label does not remove rights established by law.
| Situation | Treatment of the online payment |
|---|---|
| The outfitter rejects or does not accept within the deadline | Full refund of the amount actually paid online. The booking is not confirmed. |
| The outfitter cancels a confirmed booking or cannot provide what was contracted | Full refund of the online payment. The outfitter must also return amounts it received for services not provided, without prejudice to other liabilities. |
| The hunter voluntarily cancels a confirmed hunting day with a specified date | Management actually provided is not refunded for a personal cancellation where retaining it is legally justified. Applicable withdrawal rights, provider non-performance and other statutory exceptions are respected. No more than the amount actually paid is retained. |
| Agreed date change | The new date and conditions are documented. There is no unilateral substitution of the booking. |
| Subsequent legal or practical impossibility | Voluntary rescheduling or the appropriate restitution is considered. An administrative prohibition will not be treated as a simple voluntary withdrawal from the hunt. |
| Applicable statutory withdrawal | Handled according to the rules on this page, without a penalty for exercising it. |
Voluntary cancellation by the hunter
If the hunter cancels a confirmed hunting day with a specified date for personal reasons and Rececho’s contracted management has already been provided to the agreed extent, its price is not refunded where retention is lawful. This rule must be shown before payment. It does not apply to non-performance by the outfitter or Rececho, a valid statutory withdrawal right or any other case requiring a refund. The seriousness of a personal reason does not alone determine reimbursement: the law, contract and any agreed solution govern.
The amount that may be retained is limited to the service actually performed and amount actually collected, after promotions. A customer who cancelled with a discount is not charged a full 9 % that they never paid. Sending a confirmation alone does not mean all management has been performed if paid services remain outstanding. Additional outfitter expenses may only be required if disclosed before contracting and valid, justified and proportionate. Automatic forfeiture of amounts for unperformed services is not permitted where unfair.
Withdrawal from the activity and management service
For hunts and leisure services contracted for a specified date or period, the exception under Article 103.l of the consolidated Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users will be explained before payment where applicable. This does not prevent claims for non-performance or the relevant refund if the outfitter cancels.
That exception will not automatically extend to an independent intermediation service, website subscription, audiovisual assignment or booking without a specific date. Where you are a consumer and no valid exception applies, you have 14 calendar days from conclusion of the service contract to communicate withdrawal without giving a reason.
If you expressly request a service to start before those 14 days end and withdraw before it is fully performed, only the proportion actually provided may be charged, and only where statutory information and request requirements are satisfied. Loss of the right through complete performance requires your prior express consent and acknowledgement of that consequence. Accepting all terms in one checkbox does not replace that specific request.
Where a right of withdrawal applies, failure to provide the required legal information may extend its period. Downloading or receiving a confirmation email does not itself remove that right.
How to request withdrawal
Send a clear statement to administracion@rececho.es or the address in the Legal notice, stating your name and booking or service reference. You may also use the form in your account when enabled. Communicating it within the period is sufficient; no particular wording or justification for withdrawal is required.
Optional model: “I hereby give notice of withdrawal from the service [identification], contracted on [date], reference [number]. Customer’s name: [name]. Contact address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature only if submitted on paper”. Address it to Rubén Teruel Córcoles, owner of Rececho, using the details in the Legal notice.
Refund amounts and deadlines
Rececho will process refunds for which it is responsible without undue delay and, where withdrawal applies, within 14 calendar days of its communication. For rejection, lack of acceptance or cancellation by the outfitter, a maximum of 14 calendar days from confirmation of the circumstances is also established. The refund uses the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise without cost to the customer. The bank may need additional time to show it.
The ordinary Stripe fee will not be deducted from a full refund due to the customer. Amounts paid directly to the outfitter must also be claimed from it, without excluding any legal responsibilities of Rececho. Where a discount applied, the amount actually paid is refunded, not the promotional value in cash.
If a discounted request is not paid, the discount remains available. As a proposed policy, it will also be restored where the outfitter rejects, fails to respond or cancels for a reason attributable to it before the activity. An enjoyed booking or subsequent voluntary customer cancellation does not generate a new discount, without prejudice to any legal effects of withdrawal.
Complaints and dispute resolution
An internal complaint does not prevent recourse to consumer authorities, the competent alternative dispute resolution entity or the courts. If we cannot resolve it, we will provide information about the relevant alternative dispute resolution entity and whether we will participate in the procedure, in accordance with applicable rules. No claim is made of membership of a consumer arbitration scheme that has not been formalised.
The former European online dispute resolution platform, closed in 2025, is not used. Information may be requested from public consumer services and, for eligible cross-border disputes, the European Consumer Centre.
8 Refund cases
Rececho will refund in full the amount actually collected for its management if the outfitter cancels the hunt or commits an essential breach justifying termination of the booking. Examples include unavailable confirmed places, absence of the outfitter or essential contracted guide, and inability to provide the activity lawfully because required authorisations are missing.
The appropriate refund is also due for lack of confirmation, an incorrect charge, Rececho’s non-performance or valid exercise of a legal right. For partial or defective performance, the extent of what was not provided and legal remedies apply, including a proportionate reduction or termination where appropriate. A minor discrepancy does not automatically lead to a full refund.
If an official closure, objective danger or force majeure prevents the activity, another date may be freely agreed. As a proposed contractual policy, if no alternative is agreed and the activity is not provided, Rececho will refund its management. Ordinary weather conditions that allow safe provision of the contracted service do not themselves constitute cancellation or non-performance.
Rececho refunds will not deduct Stripe fees or other payment-method costs. The amount actually paid after discounts will be returned by the same method unless an agreement permitted by law provides otherwise, without undue delay and, as a contractual commitment, within 14 calendar days of the refund reason arising and becoming known, without extending any shorter statutory period. Investigation does not suspend a refund already due and sufficiently substantiated.
Refunding management does not limit compensation or other rights available by law. Amounts paid directly to the outfitter must be claimed from it, without excluding liabilities that may legally attach to Rececho. Acceptance of a voucher or waiver of claims is not imposed as a condition of refund.
9 Review of incidents
Complaints may be submitted from the booking, through administracion@rececho.es or through other published support channels. Rececho will provide acknowledgement and a reference, obtain each party’s account and manually review relevant information. Parties may voluntarily submit communications, photographs or documents. Impossible proof is not required, and the outfitter is not automatically presumed to be right.
Private conversations are not automatically added to the case. Each participant may submit messages or extracts they consider necessary for their complaint, omitting irrelevant third-party data. Rececho will not use this evidence for advertising.
Rececho will issue a reasoned response within a maximum of 15 calendar days of the complaint. Its review is an internal procedure, not arbitration or a decision binding on the consumer. Access to consumer bodies, competent alternative dispute resolution entities and courts is preserved. Making a legitimate complaint does not result in a penalty or remove other rights.
3. Terms for outfitters
Professional registration and approval
These conditions govern the professional relationship between Rececho, identified in the Legal notice, and the outfitter offering activities through the platform. The outfitter must identify the actual owner of its activity, tax identification number or equivalent, business address and professional contact details, and provide the information and evidence needed to verify authorisation and fulfil legal obligations.
Approval permits operation on the platform; it does not replace administrative authorisation or guarantee future solvency, quality or legality of each hunting day. Professional activity misleadingly presented as a private sale will not be accepted. Changes in ownership, authorisations, insurance or relevant details must be communicated without delay.
Publication and service provision
The outfitter is responsible for the accuracy of its offers, publication rights for images and text, and compliance with hunting legislation where the activity takes place. It must state final prices and their calculation, dates, places, difficulty, estate type, quotas, services, extras, documentation and cancellation conditions. It must not publish prohibited practices, unauthorised species or activities, or unsupported promises of results.
By publishing an offer or website, the outfitter grants Rececho a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, technically adapt and display that content through the designated channels to promote its activity. Ownership is retained. The licence lasts while the publication remains available and as necessary for bookings, legal archiving and technical removal; it does not authorise sale of the material or use of people’s images for unrelated purposes without the relevant permission.
Customer authorisations and documents will only be requested to the extent necessary. Identity documents, licences, vehicle registration plates and sensitive third-party locations must not be displayed publicly. The platform is not a channel for buying or selling firearms or ammunition.
The outfitter is responsible for maintaining actual availability. If a date is filled through another channel, it must close it or adjust places in “Available days and hunters”. Google Calendar does not replace this obligation. Places already committed must not be reduced without first resolving the affected bookings.
Acceptance and performance of bookings
The outfitter must accept or give reasons for rejecting the paid request within the stated period, normally 48 hours. Lack of response results in expiry and refund of the online payment. Acceptance confirms the commitment to provide the activity on the booked conditions. Decisions and agreements on date changes must be documented.
Payments or extras other than those disclosed must not be demanded. If a safety risk or inability to provide the service arises, the customer and Rececho must be informed promptly, lawful solutions proposed and required refunds made. Unjustified rejection of a request matching an offer shown as available, particularly because the calendar was not updated, is an incident subject to review. It may result in reduced visibility, withdrawal of the seal or commercial benefits and, if repeated or serious, reasoned suspension or termination. Rejection justified by safety, illegality, force majeure or another substantiated cause is not automatically penalised. A negative review does not justify retaliation.
Overall price and Rececho’s remuneration
The outfitter sets the advertised hunting price including Rececho’s management. Rececho provides and invoices the hunter for its management at 9 % of the hunt excluding extras; the outfitter provides and invoices 91 % of the hunt and 100 % of extras contracted with it. The welcome discount deducts 5 % of that same price excluding extras from Rececho’s share, reducing it to 4 %, without reducing the outfitter’s balance. Amounts include applicable taxes. The allocation must be reflected in contracts and correspond to the actual services.
No second commission is presumed in addition to that allocation. Optional website, video and visibility services are contracted and paid separately. Amounts, taxes and conditions are documented for each transaction. Corrections and cancellations will be reflected in the appropriate documents.
Customer data
Rececho and the outfitter act as independent controllers for processing whose purposes and means each determines: Rececho for the account, intermediation and platform; the outfitter for organising and providing its activity and meeting its own obligations. An outfitter is not designated a processor merely because it receives a booking.
The outfitter receives only data necessary to respond to the request and provide the service. It must explain its processing, protect data and respect statutory periods. It cannot automatically add customers to its own advertising or pass contacts to sponsors without a valid basis. If a particular service requires processing on another party’s behalf, the relevant agreement will be formalised before it begins.
Where tax legislation applicable to platform operators requires verification and reporting of seller and transaction information, the outfitter must provide it. Rececho will explain the required data, legal basis, reporting period and public recipient. Collecting part of the payment outside the platform does not remove the obligation.
Visibility and data access
Offers may be distributed on Rececho.es, outfitter websites hosted on the domain, the app and Rececho’s authorised promotional channels. Sorting, recommendation and featured-offer criteria are explained in Transparency. Purchasing visibility does not purchase better reviews or a seal.
The outfitter accesses its offers, bookings, communications and documents needed for its activity, not other outfitters’ private data. Rececho accesses information needed to operate, provide support, prevent fraud and meet its obligations. Exports or copy requests are handled by administration while respecting third-party rights and statutory retention.
Seal and incidents
The seal may be awarded automatically after at least three completed hunts and an average of 4 out of 5, or manually following a reasoned review. It remains in place while its conditions are met. It is withdrawn if the average falls below 3,5, following significant incidents or by a reasoned administrative decision. Preventive withdrawal does not itself imply a finding of fault and may be reviewed.
Breaches may lead to warnings, seal withdrawal, restrictions on featured offers, reduced visibility, temporary hiding of offers, account suspension or termination. Severity, repetition, harm and corrective measures are considered. The notice will state the facts, measure, duration and how to challenge it. Automatic fines or financial penalties that were not agreed will not be imposed.
Temporary suspensions will be set individually and proportionately. The catalogue of measures and their ordinary durations must be available before contracting; changing an internal setting does not retroactively alter accepted conditions. Urgent restrictions will be limited to what is needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or protection of third parties.
Review, suspension and termination
You may make representations and request free human review at administracion@rececho.es, identifying the decision and documents supporting your position. The case will be reviewed without retaliation and the response explained. Handling an incident does not suspend a refund due to the customer.
Where the Platform-to-Business Regulation applies, reasons for restrictions or suspensions will be given before or when they take effect, and full termination initiated by Rececho will be notified at least 30 days in advance. This period will only be waived in statutory cases, such as a legal obligation preventing compliance, an overriding reason recognised by the rules or repeated infringements justifying termination.
The outfitter may request account closure and cancel pending renewals. Existing bookings, refunds, tax obligations and claims must be resolved; closure does not extinguish them. A copy of the relevant information will be provided and only data with a legal basis for retention will be kept.
Changes to conditions
Changes will be communicated on a durable medium with an explanation of their scope. In relationships subject to the intermediation regulation, at least 15 days’ notice will be respected, or longer where technical or commercial adjustments require it, subject to statutory exceptions. Changes will not apply retroactively to bookings or periods already paid. If the outfitter does not accept a change, it may end the relationship on the terms provided by law.
Specific clauses to add to the professional participation agreement and link to each offer. They do not replace other publication, safety and data protection obligations.
1 Remuneration and cancellation risk
The outfitter accepts that the advertised price excluding extras comprises its activity at 91 % and Rececho’s own management service to the hunter at 9 %, with the corresponding breakdown. Rececho invoices that management to the hunter and does not invoice it again to the outfitter. The welcome discount funded by Rececho does not reduce the amount for the outfitter’s activity.
The outfitter acknowledges that the management amount belongs to Rececho when validly earned and is not a deposit held in the outfitter’s favour. If the hunter cancels for personal reasons or fails to attend, this does not itself create a right for the outfitter to receive that amount or other automatic compensation from Rececho. The outfitter bears the commercial risk of unfilled places, without prejudice to valid agreements made with the hunter before booking.
2 Commitment to provide the activity
The outfitter will keep availability up to date and accept only bookings it can lawfully and practically fulfil. Confirmation binds it to the agreed date, places, method, duration, services and price. It may not increase the price or impose essential substitutions without the hunter’s consent. Any cancellation will be communicated immediately with its reason and available documentation.
The outfitter will expressly identify fixed attendance charges and outcome-dependent amounts. It will not publish claims of a guaranteed harvest or trophy unless it assumes that obligation. It will maintain the hunting rights, permits, insurance and resources required at the location and check the documents legally required of participants. Rececho’s confirmation does not replace licences, authorisations or hunting tags.
3 Breaches and refunds
If the outfitter cancels or commits an essential breach, it accepts that Rececho will refund its management to the hunter. This does not extinguish any restitution, compensation or damages obligations of the outfitter. Rececho’s policy of bearing ordinary Stripe costs for that refund does not release the outfitter from liability for its own breach.
The outfitter will cooperate with complaints by providing truthful information without altering evidence. Rececho may adopt the publication or access measures provided in the agreement, with reasons and proportionately, allowing representations. An unproven complaint is not equivalent to fraud, and an internal administrative penalty does not replace financial resolution of the dispute.
4 Coordination and evidence
The outfitter will communicate the meeting point, time, operational contact and requirements sufficiently in advance. If it reports a failure to attend, it will state what coordination took place, when it was available and the reasonable contact attempts made. The hunter’s failure to respond will not be treated as automatic acknowledgement of the facts.
The agreement must be accepted and retained before applying this model to new bookings. It cannot be imposed retroactively on contracts already concluded. If a different model is retained for an offer, its financial summary and transaction documents must also be changed.
4. Website, video, featured offers and other services
Purpose and contracting
Rececho offers these services mainly to outfitters acting in the course of their professional activity. They are contracted separately from hunting bookings. The order must identify the service, scope, final price, taxes, deadline, requirements and, where relevant, renewal frequency. A service advertised as coming soon or unavailable cannot be charged for.
| Service | Current price | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Your own website | 4,99 € per month | An outfitter website within Rececho with the advertised sections and tools. Monthly renewal until cancelled. |
| Video editing | 49,95 € one-off payment | A trailer of approximately 1 minute using the outfitter’s clips. Maximum delivery period: 15 calendar days from receipt of complete, usable material and agreed instructions. |
| Professional filming | 1.200 € one-off payment | Iberian Peninsula. One day of approximately 8 hours, travel, editing and one revision. A white-label 4K video lasting approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Maximum 3 months from filming. |
| One featured offer | 9 € one-off payment | One offer for 7 days from its confirmed activation. |
| Pack of three featured offers | 19,95 € one-off payment | Three offers, each for 7 days, with the start identified in the order. |
| Featured-offer subscription | 16 € per month | Up to three simultaneous offers during the paid monthly period. |
Prices for these services include applicable taxes. Before contracting, the current offer expressly accepted takes precedence; a price update does not change an order already concluded. Push campaigns and combined plans will only become available to contract once their final conditions are published.
Subscriptions and renewal
Before payment, subscriptions show the amount per period, first charge, next renewal and cancellation method. Recurring charges require express acceptance. An individual purchase or pack is not automatically converted into a subscription.
You may cancel the next renewal from your account or by requesting it at administracion@rececho.es. Receipt and the effective date will be confirmed. Cancellation preserves access for the period already paid, unless a refund or other legal reason applies, and creates no new charges after its effective date.
Your website and featured offers are different services: cancelling one does not cancel the other unless a contracted pack clearly provides otherwise. Hiding a website following closure does not remove bookings or outstanding obligations. No particular search engine position, volume of visits, sales or bookings is guaranteed.
For consumer contracts, applicable withdrawal and renewal rules will be respected. Where there is a deadline to communicate non-renewal of a fixed-term contract, notice will be given with the required statutory lead time, including the 15-day warning where applicable. Exclusively professional services are governed by the order without excluding other mandatory obligations.
Video and the first month of your website
The 49,95 € editing service consists of a trailer of approximately 1 minute, edited from clips sent by the outfitter; filming is not included. Delivery is within a maximum of 15 calendar days from receipt of complete, usable material and agreed instructions. Receipt and the deadline are confirmed in writing. Before charging for the assignment, clip volume and format, delivery format, revisions and usage rights are confirmed in writing. No improvement of the material’s actual resolution is promised, and the filming service’s 3-month deadline does not apply to editing.
The outfitter must have permission to use and publish the material and the image or voice of identifiable people. It must not send unnecessary personal data. Rececho may reject unlawful, unsafe, unlicensed or technically unusable material and will explain the appropriate solution or refund.
Once reviewed and approved, the presentation is published on Rececho’s YouTube channel and linked to the outfitter’s website and offers. Until then, enabling the section may display a video box with “Coming soon”. The placeholder does not mean the piece has been delivered or authorise charges for work not agreed.
The order will identify usage rights for the finished piece, its delivery to the outfitter and limitations of music or third-party material licences. Permission to host it on Rececho’s channel does not imply unlimited assignment of all rights in the original material. Removal or replacement is handled by administration, respecting the contract and the rights of people appearing in the video.
The editing purchase includes 30 days of website service for the first registration meeting the promotion’s conditions. Activation requires separate acceptance. If subsequent renewal at 4,99 €/month is offered, its date will be shown and express consent requested; purchasing video alone does not authorise monthly charges. The benefit cannot be exchanged for cash or repeated by closing and reactivating the same account.
Professional filming
Professional filming costs 1.200 € including VAT: one day of approximately 8 hours, travel within the Iberian Peninsula, editing and one round of revisions. It includes a final 4K piece of approximately 5 to 10 minutes for any lawful, authorised hunting method that can be carried out safely. The date, location, schedule and permits are agreed before payment. The price includes travel within the peninsula without additional supplements for that scope. Islands and destinations outside the peninsula require a separate quotation.
The final piece will be delivered no later than 3 months after the filming day actually takes place. Within that period, the parties will set dates for the first version, consolidated feedback and final edit. The revision includes adjustments within the original assignment without limiting correction of errors or non-performance attributable to Rececho. New filming or scope extensions are quoted and accepted separately.
The video is delivered under the outfitter’s own branding, without a Rececho logo or watermark in the audiovisual piece. Authorised uses and music or third-party material licences are documented. Hosting on YouTube, if agreed, may show the identity of the channel and external player; white labelling does not remove these elements. All raw footage is not delivered or assigned by default unless expressly agreed.
Rescheduling due to weather, safety or permits will be agreed in writing. Cancellation and any production costs must be defined before payment and proportionate to the work and committed costs. A general waiver of withdrawal rights is not presumed merely because audiovisual work is customised.
Featured offers and campaigns
Featured offers are identified as promoted. They respect filters and publication requirements and may rotate when advertisements outnumber available spaces. Duration, number of offers and activation dates are shown during purchase; permanent first position or a number of impressions is not promised.
An advertising campaign will only be sent to recipients with valid authorisation for that channel. The outfitter does not receive a subscriber database. Aggregate campaign results do not constitute a commercial guarantee. If a service cannot be activated for a reason attributable to Rececho, a customer-accepted solution or the appropriate refund will be offered.
5. Discounts and marketing notices
Free participation
Discounts is Rececho’s free benefits programme. It is not a paid club and does not require a membership card. It may include a welcome discount, priority access to certain offers and participation in promotions with their own rules. Available benefits and requirements must be shown before activation.
You can browse, register and book without accepting advertising. To receive promotional emails, you must expressly choose that channel; for push campaigns, you must also make the corresponding choice and authorise notifications on your device. A Google account does not activate these consents by itself.
Five per cent welcome discount
The welcome offer deducts 5 % once from the advertised hunting price including taxes and excluding all extras. Rececho deducts it from its 9 % online management charge calculated on the same hunt excluding extras: the payment to Rececho becomes 4 %, including taxes where applicable. The outfitter retains 91 % of the hunt plus 100 % of extras contracted with it. These items and the discount are distinguished before payment. It is not advertised as 5 % of a total including extras.
Requirements: be over 18, have a verified hunter account, activate benefits, access through the app where required and available, and voluntarily subscribe to Rececho marketing emails using a separate unticked checkbox. Registering and booking at the ordinary price do not require advertising. Promotional push permission is separate and optional. Data is not passed to sponsors for their advertising.
The discount is not repeated by unsubscribing, reactivating benefits or creating accounts to evade one-time use. It is non-transferable, not paid in cash and not applied retroactively. If the resulting payment is below the gateway’s disclosed technical minimum, this will be explained before payment and the benefit will remain available for another booking.
The benefit is granted once the requirements are met and retained even if you withdraw marketing consent before using it. It is held during a payment attempt and consumed when the charge is confirmed. Not paying does not consume it; it is restored for outfitter non-performance under the refund policy. There is no minimum advertising subscription period or requirement to repay the discount for unsubscribing.
Priority and availability
Offers included in the priority programme may be shown to eligible users 24 hours before general release. Each offer will state its actual period where applicable. The service does not guarantee that price reductions or cancellations will always be available, or ensure a booking ahead of another user.
Countdowns, places and urgency messages will be based on real data. Artificially restarting countdowns and draws advertised as active when they are not will not be displayed. Downloading the app does not imply permanent location tracking or mandatory advertising.
Unsubscribing and preferences
You may withdraw email consent free of charge through the unsubscribe link in each message or by writing to administracion@rececho.es. The app provides a separate control in Preferences to disable push advertising. You may unsubscribe from one or both channels; a general request not to receive advertising applies to all Rececho advertising channels. A clear request is sufficient, without a reason, penalty or approval. Withdrawal must be as easy as subscription and messages on the affected channel cease; deleting the account is not required.
Disabling notifications in your phone settings prevents receipt on that device but does not itself unsubscribe you from emails. Unsubscribing from advertising does not delete your account, bookings, an already granted discount or notices needed to manage contracts or security; these notices will contain no promotions. No longer opening messages is not an unsubscribe request, although the necessity of retaining the list will be reviewed. You may request account closure separately.
6. Trophies, rankings and prize draws
Public-vote trophy ranking
The trophy ranking rates photographs and experiences through public votes. It is not hunting trophy certification, a measurement certificate or official verification of a record. Categories may include an international section for species from outside Spain.
Submitting a trophy requires a completed and validated booking on the platform. The hunter or authorised outfitter may submit it; the trophy is linked to the hunter on the booking. One photograph and a description of up to 500 characters are permitted, visible when the trophy is opened. Administration reviews suitability for publication, not an official score.
Anyone providing content must have the right to publish it and permission from identifiable people. Images must respect human dignity and avoid unnecessarily graphic content, private data or unlawful conduct. Minors may not participate, and identifiable images of minors must not be published without the specific processing and permissions required by law; as a platform rule, such material will be rejected.
The publication licence is non-exclusive, free of charge and limited to showing the trophy, its listing, ranking and results on Rececho and its app. Use in external campaigns or social media involving identifiable people requires separate permission where applicable. You may request removal; its effect on an active edition and minimal retention of results and evidence will be considered.
Voting and ordering
The public may vote from 1 to 5 stars using the available controls. Entries are ordered by average rating and, where averages are equal, by the number of votes. Each edition’s rules must specify the final criterion if a tie remains. Votes are not equivalent to verified customer reviews.
Browser checks and other technical indicators limit duplicates but do not guarantee identification of a unique individual. Bots, bought votes, false identities and manipulation of any kind are prohibited. Excluding votes or participants must be based on documented indications, communicated to the person affected where appropriate, and open to human review.
Opening and closing dates, time zone, prize and requirements are published in the edition’s rules before participation. If an annual closing date of 20 March at 23:59 is adopted, the year and Madrid time, including seasonal clock changes, will be stated. Generic wording does not itself create a prize.
Free prize draws
Each draw requires specific rules accessible before entry. Participation will be free, with no surcharge or mandatory purchase. Advertising acceptance will be independent of entry unless a different arrangement has been legally assessed and validly explained. No membership card is required.
The rules must identify the promoter and sponsor, territory and age, dates, entry method, participation limits, exact prize and value, selection method, reserve winners, notification, acceptance deadline, delivery, costs and taxes, and complaints. A real draw will not be advertised with an incomplete listing or a fictitious prize.
Selection will follow the announced random procedure, retaining evidence of eligible participants and the result. A draw will not be repeated at discretion to obtain a different winner. Substitution by a reserve winner is permitted only for stated reasons such as failure to respond, ineligibility or refusal.
The result will be published using an alias or sufficient minimal details. The winner’s tax identification number, address, email and telephone are not published. Tax details are requested privately where necessary. Promotional use of the winner’s image is requested separately and is not presumed from acceptance of the prize.
Prizes and tax
If the prize is a hunting experience, the rules will specify species, category, hunting days, location, included services, excluded costs, period of use, documentation and treatment of an unsuccessful hunt or inability to hold the activity. Authorisations and safety conditions will be respected. Undisclosed supplements will not be imposed to obtain the prize.
The promoter will fulfil its tax obligations for the promotion and make withholdings or payments on account where required, informing the winner. The absence of a gaming licence requirement for a free promotional draw does not mean there are no tax obligations. Territorial scope and rules will be reviewed before each campaign.
7. Transparency, reviews and the seal
How offers are displayed
The user’s selected filters, availability and publication requirements determine the visible offers. “Recommended and recent” may include recommendations combining interests expressed through filters, favourites and bookings with outfitter activity; remaining offers are sorted by recency. Sorting by price or rating is also available where offered.
In the reviewed algorithm, interests and activity have equivalent maximum weights in the recommended block. Incident or sanction restrictions may exclude an offer from recommendations or promotional visibility. Purchasing featured placement influences spaces identified as promotional, separate from customer ratings, and the species filter is respected. Material changes to these criteria will be explained.
Verified reviews and votes
Customer reviews are linked to completed and validated bookings. This check establishes a relationship recorded on the platform but does not itself verify every statement in a review. Positive and negative reviews that comply with the rules are published. Reviews are not purchased, nor is publication conditional on positivity.
Ratings are shown out of 5 alongside the number of reviews. Photo ranking votes are identified as public votes, not customer reviews. Moderation may remove insults, private data, substantiated false content, duplicates or content unrelated to the experience, with review of complaints. The outfitter may respond without disclosing private information.
What the seal means
A seal awarded by Rececho.es for a track record of positive experiences and reviews from customers who have booked through the platform. It recognises experience, professionalism and transparency; it does not guarantee the outcome of a hunt 100 %. It is withdrawn following incidents, a low average star rating or an administrative decision.
Automatic award requires at least three completed hunts and a minimum average of 4 stars. It may also be awarded manually after a documented review. Once obtained, it does not expire simply with time; it is withdrawn if the average falls below 3,5 stars, for significant incidents or by a reasoned administrative decision, with the possibility of review.
This is Rececho’s own distinction. It is not insurance, public certification or a guarantee of a harvest, solvency or absence of future incidents. Manual award must be supported by sufficient checks to substantiate what is communicated to the user. Paying for a website, video or promotion does not award the seal.
Unlawful content and complaints
You may report a potentially unlawful offer or content by writing to administracion@rececho.es. Provide the precise address or reference, the facts you consider unlawful and why, available documents and contact details, except where the rules permit an unidentified report. State that you act in good faith and that the information is accurate to your knowledge.
Receipt will be acknowledged and the report reviewed diligently. Where content must be removed, restricted or suspended, the affected party will be informed of the facts, basis, scope, duration and review options unless prohibited by law. This channel does not require waiving access to an authority or court. Specific obligations and exceptions for small platforms will apply according to Rececho’s actual size and activity.
