Rececho.es is the trading name used for this platform by Rubén Teruel Córcoles, who operates as a self-employed professional.

You may use these channels for enquiries, contracting, complaints, exercising data rights and reporting unlawful content. Administrative communications are handled in Spanish. You do not need an account to complain or exercise your rights.

The platform’s activities

Rececho facilitates the publication of hunting offers from professional outfitters and the management of requests, bookings, online payments, communications and reviews. It also offers outfitters website, visibility and audiovisual production services. The identity of the hunting activity provider and its particular conditions are stated before you enter into a contract.

Informational content does not replace hunting legislation, authorisations or instructions from the authorities and the person responsible for the activity. The platform does not sell firearms or ammunition. Accounts and contracting are restricted to people over 18 years of age.

Use of the website and content

Original content, designs, logos and software are protected by their respective rights. You may browse the website and retain the information needed for your bookings. Reproducing or commercially exploiting third-party content requires permission or a legal entitlement. Users retain ownership of the photographs and text they provide, subject to the limited licence set out in the publication terms.

Impersonation, introducing malicious code, interfering with the service, extracting other people’s personal data, posting unlawful content and manipulating reviews or votes are prohibited. Browsing alone does not constitute acceptance of advertising, optional cookies or any obligation to pay.

Rececho is responsible for its services and for the obligations imposed on it by law. Outfitters are responsible for the activities they provide and the accuracy of their offers. This allocation does not exclude mandatory rights or liabilities legally attributable to Rececho, nor does it make unlawful content or services lawful.

External links identify third-party services and do not necessarily constitute recommendations. Sufficiently specific reports of unlawful content will be reviewed. Rececho may carry out maintenance and adopt proportionate security measures, seeking to inform users about incidents affecting bookings or contracted services.

Applicable rules

Applicable Spanish and European legislation applies. If you act as a consumer, you retain mandatory protection and access to the courts with jurisdiction under the applicable rules, including those of your habitual residence where appropriate. Consumers are not required to submit exclusively to courts in Albacete.
