From the first message to the hunting day: organise your next outing

A well-coordinated outing begins with clear information. This checklist offers a simple way to keep the essentials to hand, from your first question about an offer to the final details before the day.

Before booking: gather your questions

First review the description, categories, dates and extras. Prepare any remaining questions and send them to the outfitter from the offer. State the experience you are interested in and the dates you are considering, without posting documents or personal data in a public question.

When booking: review your selection

Check the days and hunters for each day, the selected animals and extras. Confirm that your billing details are correct and read the conditions before making the upfront payment.

After payment: check the status

The outfitter’s acceptance confirms the booking. Until then, check the status in your account. If a transaction appears pending, check the booking before starting another payment.

Once confirmed: finalise the details

Use the private conversation to agree the meeting point and time, necessary contacts and preparations for the day. Ask the outfitter which documents you must present and for specific recommendations for the terrain and booked experience.

If you need to change a date

Propose the change in good time and wait for the outfitter’s confirmation. Dates may be changed by mutual agreement; a request alone does not replace your booking dates. If an issue arises, use the support channels available in your account.

Afterwards: share a useful review

Describe how communication went, whether information was clear and how the experience was organised. A specific review helps other hunters choose and lets the outfitter know what worked well.
